I confirmed that I currently have four different tires on my car from three different countries. This is nuts.

Passenger side rear: Cordovan Velozza ZXV4, 225/40ZR18 92W XL, Manufactured 2016 ($109.99) (USA)
Passenger side front: Keter KT757 225/40ZR18 92W XL, Manufactured 2016 (China)
Driver’s side front: Kumho Solus TA31, 225/40R18 88V, Manufactured 2017 ($171.00) (Korea)
Driver’s side rear: BFGOODRICH g-Force Comp-2 A/S, 225/40ZR18 92W XL, Manufactured 2015 (USA, model subsequently replaced with A/S Plus)

The driver’s side rear (coincidentally the oldest) has a visible gash and a spontaneous leak issue. When I bought the car, this tire was particularly low in PSI. I am planning on replacing the wheels and tires both with ones of my choosing.

The current wheels are Motegi RT5, 18 x 7.5 (JJ DOT-T). They are discontinued, likely from around the early 2000s era like the car! My current plan is to hold on to the wheels but I may scrap them for the aluminum as they are in low demand.

The wheels I have on the way are Enkei J10s in 17×7 (silver) with 205/45R17 Hankook Ventus V2 concept2 tires all around. The tires are V rated but I have no concerns with the car reaching over 150 MPH. I can’t even get my Honda Type R, with 305 HP, past 150 and I’ve tried! This Celica has 180 HP maximum. I’ll be happy to get the Toyota to 120, but honestly, I doubt I will try to get to top speed out of that car anytime soon–I don’t quite trust it enough yet. It’s almost 20 years old, after all.
